1- System Integrated solutions

Foreseeing optimum solutions for existing and potential clients and protecting the existing customers investment

in IT are the main goals of the SIS. SIS was established in 2007 as a result of the management vision towards the nature of the IT business in the governmental sector. The governmental IT projects are the main focus of SIS.

SIS explores the world of IT solutions and uses its experience to integrate these solutions all together to create an optimum solution that meets the customers potential and expansion requirements .

SIS also provides our customers with a very professional migration solutions that helps our customers to re-engineer their systems in light of prevailing

developments and hence improve their efficiency and performance.

A. System planning

Analyzing the customer requirements, applications, and user load in order to provide our customer with the best solution, which fits his requirement and budget.

B. Site Planning

When system planning is over, our Engineers will start planning the customer site for the most suitable setup for his networking environment and for typical office uses. A detailed system design and diagrams will be provided

C. Installation

After all preparations are done our engineers and technicians will start installing network and they will perform both operational and full load tests to make sure of its operability and durability.

D. Fine tuning

When your applications are ready to run, our engineers will be happy to help you on tuning your networks' performance and to make sure of the maximum utilization of all network resources.

E. Service

We are providing one year free warranty for all networking components including spare parts and labor (excluding preventive and periodic maintenance) and a copy of our networking maintenance contract will be attached with your Quotation.

2- Network Design, Installation & Maintenance

We can offer Design, Installation & Maintenance for LAN/ WAN solutions including networking equipment, cabling infra-structure, operating systems, etc.

We can also offer you upon the customer request a network maintenance contract containing all possible options that may suite our customers’ requirements:

A. (GC Class) Global Contract:

Includes (on call service, preventive, and periodic maintenance, and system

periodic tune up) including spare parts.

B. (OC Class) On-call Contract:

includes only on-call service including spare parts (which we refer as warranty

extension contracts).

C. (CBC Class) Case by case:

within this contract we give only response commitment and service price list

then payments will be considered separately case by case.

3- Network Design Consultations

This service is offered to customers who have a running network but they are not satisfied with its performance, we can provide those customers with solutions to improve their network performance at minimal cost. Our network specialist will analyze the customers' network as follows:

A. Traffic analysis

Our network specialist will start analyzing communication traffic and studying the traffic pattern over your network using an advanced system monitoring utilities and devices to specify the network bottlenecks in order to redesign your network to minimize traffic congestion

B. Server resources analysis

After a full thorough traffic study is done, our engineers will analyze the system usage and server resources availability (in both distributed systems i.e. Netware and centralized systems such as UNIX) to study the need of upgrading the Server (memory, storage, or CPU or adding new Server)

C. Workstations capabilities

The last measure to be taken into consideration is the workstations capabilities (distributed systems only) in order to study the acceptable performance level of workstation that should be to work properly with the used applications

4. Hands on training

We can offer our customer on-job training in two basic levels; User level, and Administration level, in order to guarantee the proper usage for the network from the staff which will be reflected on the overall performance of the system.

5. Manpower planning consultations

We can also offer manpower planning consultations for large scale projects to enable our customer to establish the most cost effective computing environment.

6. Extended Services Interact

Takes the pleasure to provide the extended services during/after warranty

period including out of working hours for maintaining and supporting

the installed equipment and any further support requested by customer

Also using FORONIA engineering resources as long as necessary Software Update service which designed to allow customers to introduce their network in a planned and cost effective way based on their particular business requirements with fixed price over one year period and customer will receive all major updates.
